The day after Christmas I was relaxing and watching the movie Pearl Harbor on my new Blue Ray DVD Player I got for Christmas. The movie has always had an emotional effect on me, but this time it was more intense to the point that many times while watching tears came to my eyes. For some reason this time I became very upset and mad. I became upset and mad that most Americans have forgotten about the American citizens and American military personnel that died at Pearl Harbor, December 7, 1941, and that led to being even more mad that our United States Congress has completely lost it, and we as free American Citizens have stood back and let America the greatest country in the world go downhill. We as American Citizens have become self indulgent, arrogant, obstinate greedy and ignorant. We the people have let our Elected Officials in this country, destroy everything that thousands of Colonists fought and died for in the American Revolutionary War from 1775 through 1783. Furthermore we as Americans have forgotten the deaths of thousands upon thousands of American Heroes that have fought and died for freedom and citizen’s rights in our Country. Most Americans just don’t seem to care anymore.
I thought to myself that our Founding Fathers must be in heaven looking down and saying where along the way from 1775 through 2009 did the American People become so stupid and when between that same period of time did free American Citizens allow the U.S. Congress to become so self indulgent, arrogant, obstinate, greedy and ignorant, the same type of tyrannical, corrupt English Government they fought against through self sacrifice and the sacrificing of their lives to take back, their freedoms, the right to pursue happiness and become separate and independent from a tyrannical government. Where did we go wrong? We gave them; "The unanimous declaration of the 13 United States of America”, which our brothers and sisters died fighting the English to gain those freedoms and rights from a tyrannical and corrupt government, we gave them all tools to guarantee their freedoms and rights by adopting the “United States Constitution and the original ten constitution amendments, the Bill of Rights”. We did this to make sure that the United States never become a corrupt self indulging government forcing citizens to pay excess taxes, fees, and tariffs just like the English Government was doing to us and to make sure that no government could ever take away their personal rights and freedoms along with, the right of religious worship, the right to bear arms as protection against a self indulgent tyrannical government and the right to pursue individual happiness to name a few. We must have done something wrong, we must have missed something.
By the end of the movie it became very clear to me that it is time to take action. It is time for me to do my part in protecting and saving the Country I love and it is time for all American citizens to take action to save our Country from an arrogant, obstinate, greedy and ignorant government. We owe it to all the Americans who self sacrificed and gave their lives for this Country and the U.S. Military Personnel that have self sacrificed and given their lives for this Country between 1775 and 2009. We owe this to them. If we do not take action now then our great country the United States of America will become the “New Democratic Socialist States of America”.
We the American People need to remember the “American Revolution against England”, the “Spanish American War”, The “Mexican American War”, World War I, the “Korean War”, the “Pearl Harbor Attack”, “World War II”, the “Vietnam War”, the “9/11 Attack”, and the war against terrorism in Iraq, Afghanistan and Yemen and all the American deaths and sacrifices and all the deaths and sacrifice of all our troops in all these conflicts and wars. If we do not remember then we as Free Americans deserve to be governed by an arrogant, obstinate, greedy and self indulgent government supported by self interests, and powerful organizations along with the destruction of our Country and everything else that our Founding Fathers and Colonist fought and died for originally against England.
Our Founding Fathers, and the Colonist who sacrificed and gave their lives for our freedom did so, so that future Americans could own land, houses, transportation, furniture, and future technology, etc., if that was what we wanted to have through our own deeds and hard work and not given to us by a corrupt self indulgent government. They also did what they did so that Future Americans would always be free to worship without interference, work hard for a great life, and pursue our dreams and our own happiness. We as the Modern Day Americans need to remember this and follow the path of our Founding Fathers and those American Colonists that gave their lives to assure our freedoms.
It is time for Americans to decide what form of America and American Government they want. A “Democracy, Democratic Socialists America” with 50 Democratic Socialist States, which the liberals in our country want, or a Constitutional Republic, with 50 Republic States as set forth by our Founding Fathers guaranteed in our Constitution. It is the choice that American Citizens have before them right now at this point in time and they can make that choice in the 2010 election by eliminated those elected officials who want to take this country into socialism. There is no middle ground.
I know the course that I have chosen for my family, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and my Country. The course I have chosen is to fight for the America and American Freedoms and our Constitution just like our Founding Fathers and American Colonist who fought and gave their lives for our freedom. Let no man or government either foreign or domestic put the United States of America under and let no man or government foreign or domestic take away my rights and freedoms guaranteed by the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights including the right to bear arms. I choose freedom and a Constitutional Republic Government not a “Democracy/Democratic Socialist Government”.
Our Country’s Pledge of Allegiance to our flag does not state “I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the DEMOCRACY for which it stands”. It states “I Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands”. The Members of the United States Congress and Both Houses and our President swear to uphold The United States Constitution and they all Pledge Allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the REPUBLIC for which it stands. It is time for All Free Americans to hold them all accountable.
